Our 30-minute consultation occur over Zoom and offers you a fast-track to clarity and solutions. After check out, you will receive an email containing a PDF with instructions on how to schedule your consultation using the Calendly booking system. Please use the same email that you check out on Shopify for booking your consultation.

Cancellation Policy for 30-Minute Business/Lifestyle Consultation:

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our ability. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. **Advance Notice:** Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 8 hours' advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their 30-minute consultation.

2. **Cancellation Fees:** If a cancellation occurs within 8 hours of the scheduled consultation, no refunds will be issued.

3. **Complementary Meeting Credit:** Clients who miss a complementary consultation will forfeit the credit associated with it.

4. **Cancellation Fee Waiver:** In certain exceptional circumstances, we may exercise discretion and waive cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your situation merits consideration.

5. **Cancellation Process:** To cancel or reschedule, please send an email to aguonstudios@gmail.com with your name, appointment date, and time.
