Aguon Studios LLC  accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday - Saturday, (Excluding Holidays). Currently, we only ship domestic orders in the U.S. Only.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are shipped within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During special promotions, shipping times may increase to 7-10 business days due to the increased volume of orders. Your order will be sent via USPS and UPS from Santa Cruz, CA.  

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. 

Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local post office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions.
