Return Policy:
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for the following products:
- Custom Orders
- Digital Downloads
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Aguon Studios LLC cannot cancel any made order. No refunds, no exchanges.
Damaged Items: If your merchandise has significant defects due to damage during shipping (broken) please report by sending an email to aguonstudios@gmail.com along with pictures of damaged item(s). Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions! Please return within 7 days of receiving your original order. We will replace it with a new one dependent on stock status and will ship the replacement item to the original delivery address once the damaged item has been received by Aguon Studios LLC.
Lost or stolen packages: Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but it appears the package may have been stolen.
Please make arrangements to contact the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but did not receive the package. Check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding your package for pickup.
Please make sure to add aguonstudios@gmail.com to your list of accepted emails. By ordering a custom order or digital download, customers are agreeing to provide Aguon Studios LLC, their email during the ordering process and are agreeing for our company to reach out via email in order to complete your order. Aguon Studios LLC is not responsible for emails that get lost, deleted or forgotten from your email. By ordering a custom service, you are agreeing to all policies listed under our terms of use, privacy policy, and custom order norice listed on this website.
